This full-day workshop will explore an array of non-traditional financing sources for a variety of different types of development projects. Program experts will delve into the eligibility requirements, program structure, and rules and regulations for the EB-5 program, HUD Section 108 program, FHLB programs and Crowdfunding. The workshop will also share what the various lenders look for in a development project and how to access these specific funding sources.
The workshop will provide a through overview of the federal EB-5 program and process to access this flexible, low-cost capital through direct foreign investments in qualified development projects. The workshop will also look at how the jobs requirements fit into the overall planning process and how this investment fits within a project’s capital stack for infrastructure and development related projects. Also, the anticipated changes being made to the EB-5 program will be shared.
