TD Banknorth recognizes that job training is essential to the development of employees and, in turn, the growth of any nonprofit organization.  But when nonprofits are faced with making reductions to their operating budgets, one of the first items to be eliminated is education for employees.

To help remedy this situation, this year the TD Banknorth Charitable Foundation will award $100,000 in grants to eligible organizations for employees to attend approved classes and courses that will enhance job performance. NJRA RTI training courses have been approved through this grant program.

Applications (complete with all required attachments) will be accepted on a rolling basis, and TD Banknorth Charitable Foundation will review requests monthly. Notification and payout of awards will be made in the fourth week of each month.
