Training courses offered through the NJRA Redevelopment Training Institute have been approved by the Northeastern Economic Developers Association (NEDA) as qualifying courses for its Economic Development Professional (EDP) program.

The EDP designation recognizes significant professional education and/or experience in the field of economic development or closely related disciplines. Candidates must meet a number of requirements including, but not limited to, experience, accomplishments and professional education. NJRA RTI’s redevelopment courses, including workshops, are recognized as advanced credit topics for a candidate seeking either initial EDP recognition or EDP renewal. Students that have already taken courses will be given the appropriate credit toward the EDP designation.
