Registration Process

  • Class participants must register for all classes online. Click Here for a listing of available courses. 
  • We except two (2) payment methods: Credit Card and Purchase Orders
  • Once payment is received a confirmation letter including course details will be sent to you.

State Employees 

We will make every effort to accommodate requests to audit Redevelopment Training Institute core classes only for state employees. Our commitment to limit class size to ensure an effective learning environment requires that our first obligation is to course participants paying full price. Therefore, on a case-by-case basis, state employees interested in auditing may be limited to one or two participants only from your department. 

Audit participants are required to pay a flat rate of $110.00 per core class.

NJRA Is An Approved Provider For: 

  • NJ Continuing Legal Education (CLE) Credits
  • America Institute of Certified Planners Certification Maintenance (CM) Credits

Other Education Credits Offered: (On a case by case basis)

  • NJ DCA Division of Local Government Services:  Continuing Education Credits offered by NJDCA/LGS for:

    • Municipal Financial Officers
    • County Finance Officers
    • Tax Collector
    • Public Work Manager
    • Municipal Clerk

(NJRA submits a continuing Education Sponsor Agreement along with course title, description, date, time, location, and allocation of curriculum hours. Based o submission, NJDCA/LGS will determine if a course is eligible for education credits and which topics/hours the credits will be allocated to)

  • NJ State Division of Taxation

    • Continuing education eligibility is determined by the Assessor Continuing Education Eligibility Board (CEE Board). NJRA submits a continuing Education Sponsor Agreement along with course title, description, date, time and location.

    • Based on submission the CEE Board will determine if a course is eligible for education credits ad the number of credits approved.

Cancellation/Refund Policy

The NJRA Training Institute reserves the right to cancel a class for any reason. In the event a class is canceled or rescheduled, NJRA-TI will offer registered attendee the option to attend the rescheduled class or offer a full refund.  

No refunds will be issued for cancellations received within 10 business days of the course. Telephone cancellations are not accepted. Attendee cancellations and/or substitutions for a course may be made at any time prior to the course via your online registration. 

After completing the registration process online, attendees must email purchase orders to njrarti@njra.us. The purchase order must include attendee name, course title, order number, and registration fee. Please make sure that the PO contains the following contact information: name, email, and/or phone number from the department and/or person that approves payment. Purchase Orders are to be made out to the New Jersey Redevelopment Authority (150 W State Street, PO Box 790, Trenton, NJ 08625).  

All Purchase Orders must be paid in full 30 days prior to course date.
