The NJRA manages this flexible investment fund that provides debt and equity financing for business and real estate ventures. Through the Redevelopment Investment Fund (RIF), the NJRA is able to offer direct loans, real estate equity, loan guarantees and other forms of credit enhancements.
To request financing through the RIF program, please submit the information requested in the NJRA Funding Assessment Guidelines.
Through the RIF Program, the NJRA provided financing for pre-development costs related to the acquisition and development of the 9.5 acre parcel for the new food bank warehouse and distribution facility.
